Condos a Hot Seller in Palo Alto

Half of the properties sold in early March were condos.

While there are plenty of high priced homes on the market in Palo Alto, such as the one Patch featured last Friday for $17 million, buyers were seeking more moderately priced homes in early March.

Of the eight homes that closed March 1-11, half were condos. Everything that sold was under $2 million.
