Home Sales in Late January Top Out at $3.3 Million

Home sales closed strongly in January, with ten homes sold the last two weeks of the month. Just four of the ten homes were below one million dollars, and two of those were one bedroom condos.

A report last week stated that homes in all Palo Alto zip codes are expected to increase more than 10 percent this year.
