Catch A Movie In The Park In Rancho Palos Verdes

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Summer Movies in the Park hosts a free screening this month of Disney Pixar's "Onward" in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Join the event June 19 at Hesse Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd. The movie starts at 8:15 p.m. (dusk) and pre-movie activities begin at 7 p.m.

Kids activities are scheduled and the Surfer Taco Food Truck will also be there.

People are invited to bring a blanket or low-slung beach chair.

The movie was originally scheduled for showing at RPV City Hall and Civic Center, but the field area is closed due to renovations, the city announced. Pre-registration is no longer required to attend.
