Council to Hear RPV Homeowner's Plea for Expansion
A homeowner is appealing the Planning Commission's rejection of their plans to expand and add a second story to their house.

At Tuesday’s Rancho Palos Verdes City Council meeting, the city will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal on the Planning Commission’s denial of plans to add a second story to a home at 6321 Villa Rosa.
The Planning Commission recently denied the homeowner’s request to add a second story that is taller than currently allowed in the neighborhood. At the public hearing, the City Council will hear from the homeowners and neighbors about the project’s impact on the neighborhood.
The Rancho Palos Verdes Council meeting is at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.
