RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Crews are working to restore and repair the roadway at a landslide area in Rancho Palos Verdes this week, city officials said.

"Due to the complicated nature of this project, roadway repair along PVDS in the landslide area is taking longer than expected," officials said in a statement.

Road work is anticipated to continue through Tuesday. The project is to repair the roadway surface between Peppertree Drive and Narcissa Drive. Crews are working to lower the road in some areas and raise it in other areas to help smooth the vertical transitions throughout the landslide.
