Local Organization Benefitting Youth, Freedom4U, Hosts Fundraiser

On Sunday April 28th, 2019, in a beautiful Lunada Bay home, Freedom4U hosted their annual fundraiser to support youth programs. This successful event will benefit many at-risk children and teens. Guests enjoyed inspiring performances and testimonies from student participants, a silent and live auction, specialty food and drinks, and cheered on our award recipients for their work in the community through Freedom4U.

Freedom4U identifies, develops, and releases the potential of youth into their life purpose by offering peer-driven healthy activities such as creative arts, life skills, service projects, and leadership opportunities to youth in the South Bay and LA Harbor area.

Founder and Director Dr. Greg Allen states, “Our goal is to guide youth and their parents into healthy lifestyles through meaningful activities and skill building experiences.”

Freedom4u also provides groups and counseling focused on improving social-emotional needs and substance abuse prevention. These services are at no cost to students and at 6 school districts and 20 school campuses across the South Bay and LA Harbor Areas.
