Locals Invited To Join Native Plant Volunteer Day

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Join a Native Garden Volunteer Day Sunday at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center Native Garden.

The oceanside garden event is from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday. Point Vicente Interpretive Center Native Garden is located at 31501 Palos Verdes Dr. W, Rancho Palos Verdes.

"Participants learn about native California plants, important conservation efforts and valuable gardening skills," organizers said.

All ages and skill levels are welcome. Close-toed shoes and masks are required. People are asked to bring sunscreen, hats and water.
