Movies In The Park Planned In Rancho Palos Verdes This Summer

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — Rancho Palos Verdes is bringing back its Movies in the Park summer series beginning in June with the movie "Onward."

All movies begin at dusk at 8:15 p.m. at RPV City Hall/Pt. Vicente Park, 30940 Hawthorne Blvd.

People can bring a blanket or a low-slung beach chair. A food truck and snacks are also planned for the event.

Here's the lineup for upcoming screenings at the park:

• June 19: "Onward"
• July 17: "Trolls World Tour"
• Aug. 14: "Jurassic Park"

Registration is required and opens four weeks prior to the event. The first two weeks of registration are open to Rancho Palos Verdes residents only.
