The plans are by architect Louie Tomaro, and call for 8,000 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as two additional guest bathrooms.

"This home will feature luxurious appointments and designer finishes with extensive use of natural stone, crown moldings and hardwood flooring throughout," writes listing agent Raju Chhabria.

The floor plan includes a formal living room, a family room and game room, formal dining room, and a "customized movie theatre room." There's also a four-car garage and an elevator.
