Rich In Love, Thanks To Mom: Palos Verdes Mother's Day Photo

PALOS VERDES, CA – Whether it's through their personalities, their looks or a combination of both, daughters become a reflection of the women who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond with Patch readers' "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

This photo, taken on her wedding day at the South Coast Botanic Gardens in Palos Verdes, was sent to us by Patch reader Whitney Morris. Morris said if she had a penny every time someone told her she looked just like her mom, she’d be rich.

"But then again I’ve realized that I’m rich in love, confidence and encouragement because of the women she raised me to be," she said. "All things I will pass along to my two daughters. Happy Mother’s Day!"
