Combined Properties Inc. and Saban Capital Group purchased The Terraces, a shopping center located at 28821-28901 S. Western Ave. in Rancho Palos Verdes, for an undisclosed price, according to Commercial Property Executive.
The 173,000-square-foot shopping center near the Rancho Palos Verdes-San Pedro border currently holds Starlight Cinemas, Trader Joe's and L.A. Fitness, among other tenants.
