At approximately 12:45pm today, Monday Nov 20th, a major traffic collision occured in Rancho Palos Verdes. A Grand Cherokee traveling eastbound on Hawthorne Blvd attempted to turn left onto Ocean Crest Drive, colliding with a Toyota Sequoia traveling westbound on Hawthorne Blvd. No major injuries, as LA fire and Lomita Sherrif arrived on the scene to clear traffic and attend to the drivers. Two flatbed trucks were dispatched to clear the two damaged vehicles, traffic cleared up by 2:20pm.
