Want to Run for Palos Verdes Estates City Council? Time to Take Out Nominating Papers

From the city of Palos Verdes Estates:

Voters will elect three members of City Council on March 3, 2015

The filing period for nomination papers begins Tuesday, Nov. 10 and closes Friday, Dec. 5.

If an incumbent does not file by Dec. 5, the nomination filing period will be extended five days to Wednesday, Dec. 10.

Nomination papers are available from the City Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the nomination period, city offices will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veteran’s Day holiday and on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
