2 Men Killed in Oakland Identified
Both men were shot to death. Both were Oakland residents.
OAKLAND, CA — Two men who were fatally shot in East Oakland on Sunday evening were identified by police today as Jose Gamero, 27, and Pedro Gonzalez, 32, both of Oakland.
The shooting was reported at 5:44 p.m. Sunday in the 9500 block of Birch Street, according to police.
Gamero and Gonzalez were pronounced dead at the scene.Police haven't released any information about suspects or a motive in the shooting.
