Happy Mother’s Day To Nina Thys

In celebration of Mother's Day on Sunday May 13, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their mother and let us deliver it. This is Beatrice Moe's letter to her mom:

Dear Mom,

Thank you for teaching me the important things in life. They are the little things, like: writing thank-you notes; always stopping to consider what someone else is going through; calling a friend just to say hello;
doing art projects for the fun of it; appreciating the sun on my face; encouraging others and offering a smile and kind words.
