The 10th-seeded Piedmont High School football team defeated Moreau Catholic High School 54-50 Saturday night in the first round of NCS (North Coast Section) Division IV play.Â
They will be on the road Friday, Nov. 22, to face #2 seed Fortuna High at 7 p.m.
The women's volleyball team lost to Marin Catholic 25-18, 25-12, 25-16Â Saturday evening. The Highlanders end their season with a 19-10 record.
