What's the Oldest Home for Sale in Piedmont?

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find that was for sale in Piedmont.

This one is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 271 Crocker Ave. The three-story home was built in 1924.

It sits on a small lot and is 5,887 square feet. The home was listed as selling for $3.4 million and indeed it was purchased recently.
