New Housing Development Approved In El Sobrante
The building site borders the city of Pinole, behind the Pinole Vista Shopping Center.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY — Balmore Court, a 30-home residential development in the unincorporated town of El Sobrante, was approved Tuesday by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors.
Three styles of houses, from 2,110 to 2,645 square feet, are to be built on 6.44 acres bordering the city of Pinole, behind the Pinole Vista Shopping Center. The houses would be built by 1486 Investors LLC, based in Los Gatos.
Twenty of the homes will be accessed via shared driveways off an extended Balmore Court. The remaining 10 homes will have private driveways.
