What A Median Priced Home Looks Like In Pinole And Hercules

What would you say is the average home in Hercules and Pinole?

If you go by the median price, these could be it.

Last week, Data Quik released median prices for towns across the East Bay. The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.

The median price in Hercules was $327,500 while it was $305,000 in Pinole.

In Hercules, a home close to those prices is this three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duet home at 119 Sheffield. It's listed at just under $300,000.

The house, which was built in 1986, is 1,393 square feet and sits on almost a third of an acre.

In Pinole, this three-bedroom two-bathroom house at 2625 Woodside Court is also listed at just under $300,000.

The home, built in 1968, is 1,244 square feet and sits on close to a third of an acre.
