What's The Oldest Home For Sale In Pinole-Hercules Area?

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in the Pinole-Hercules area.

This one is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 2309 Tennent Court in Pinole. The one-story home was built in 1954.

It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 1,045 square feet. It's listed as selling for $214,900.

There is also a home for sale in Hercules that was built in 1978.
