The 703,000 voters is the latest count from the county, which is an increase of 28,000 since the latest report from the California Secretary of State's Office.
If you are planning to vote in person at one of the vote centers, the registrar has this advice, "All poll workers, voters, and other visitors are required to wear a face mask at all times. If needed, a mask will be provided. Due to COVID distancing requirements, a limited number of people are allowed in the voting area at a time. All voters will wait in line outside until instructed to enter. The voting area will be arranged to allow for six feet between individuals, and–when possible–the room will be set up for a single flow that reduces cross-traffic."
