Buskirk Avenue Now Closed Between Elmira and Hookston

Roadway improvements starting May 20 mean the closure of Buskirk Avenue at the south end of the Crossroads Shopping Center between Elmira Avenue and Hookston Road until December. A temporary traffic detour will be in place. 

Construction hours are typically Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., depending on weather, field conditions and work conflicts.

Phase II of the Buskirk Avenue widening project includes new traffic signals, storm drain and sewer systems, joint utility trench, sidewalks, street pavement, curbs, driveways and street lighting.
