Crash Knocks Down Wires At Pleasant Hill Intersection

People were being asked to avoid the affected intersection Wednesday afternoon.

PLEASANT HILL, CA — Pleasant Hill police are asking people to avoid northbound Contra Costa Boulevard between Second Avenue South and Concord Avenue because of a crash and wires on the ground Wednesday afternoon.

Police sent out an advisory at 3:51 p.m. about the crash.

The traffic light at the intersection of Contra Costa Boulevard and Second Avenue South has been knocked down and wires are in the road.
