Loaded Hog Saloon Gets Revved To Relocate

The "biker bar" has been given its 30-day notice and is set to be demolished as part of the redevelopment of the Crossroads Shopping Center.

Pleasant Hill's Loaded Hog Saloon — commonly known as the "biker bar" next to the "dome" — is preparing to close after receiving its 30-day eviction notice.

The dive bar has been around since 2002, but is slated to be demolished as part of the redevelopment of the Crossroads Shopping Center.

Bartender Christina Parrick says the Loaded Hog is hoping to relocate nearby, perhaps in Concord. The bar will remain open "until the last piece of equipment is removed," according to the Loaded Hog Facebook page, which is likely to be May 1.
