The new Corner Bakery Cafe in downtown Pleasant Hill officially opened for business June 3, featuring an outdoor patio and access to wifi for customers at the 35 Crescent Drive location.
The chain eatery has localized the feel of the cafe by including photographs of Pleasant Hill in the montages along its walls.
Staff dressed in black and white uniforms buzzed excitedly around the cafe Monday, greeting customers and thanking them for stopping by Corner Bakery's grand opening.
Th cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Corner Bakery also offers a catering service.
