With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in Pleasant Hill.

This one is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 248 Campbell Lane. The one-story Poet's Corner home was built in 1940.

It sits on a quarter-acre and is 1,472 square feet. It's listed as selling for $524,990.
