Affordable Rental Opportunites Available in Pleasanton

From The City of Pleasanton: The city of Pleasanton and Essex Development are pleased to announce the availability of 38 Below Market Rent (BMR) Apartments, located in the Galloway development at 5789 Gibraltar Drive in Pleasanton.

A pre-application process will be administered by Essex development and the city to determine the screening order and establish a waitlist for the BMR units.

The BMR units will be made available for lease February through September 2017 and will include studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. Three units will be ADA accessible and available for lease by persons with physical disabilities. All BMR units will be reserved for very low income persons/households earning up to the 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) limit established by the City adjusted for household.

Applications will be accepted no later than Monday, February 6, 2017 by 5 p.m. No exceptions or consideration will be given to applications received after the deadline date.
