What A Median-Priced Home Looks Like In Pleasanton

What would you say is the average home in Pleasanton?

If you go by the median price, this could be it.

Last week, Data Quik released figures on the median price for homes in every town in the East Bay.  The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.

The median price of the 50 homes sold in the 94566 zip code in April was $785,000.

A home listed just above that, at $795,000, is this Pleasanton house. 

The home, which was built in 1977, is 7,246 square feet.
