5 Things: Movie and Popcorn at Library; Missing Dog
Were you riding your horse throughout town Tuesday? We saw you on Main!

1. Are you missing your family pet? Meghan has been trying to find the owners of this lost dog who was found near Hanson Lane and Griffith Road. Check out the post and call Meghan at 619-952-6175 if the dog looks familiar.
2. You think this Patch editor would be used to horses by now, but it still makes me grin when I see a group waiting at the crosswalk, like these ones on Tuesday at Main and 10th Streets. I wonder where they were headed? Comment in this article if that was you taking an afternoon ride through town!
3. Patch has taken your feedback (like a shout stream and print options on stories) and put it to use. Check out the newest additions to the re-vamped Patch and feel free to leave your own suggestions for the site.
4. Any Ramona parents searching for an afternoon activity to do with the kiddos? Chill out in the library (it's a cool zone!) for a 1 p.m. movie with popcorn! Rise of the Guardians (PG) will be showing at the Ramona Library, located at 1275 Main Street. We won't tell if you read a few chapters of your favorite book while the kids immortal guardians team up on the big screen.
5. Looking to give away some of your time for a good cause? Trauma Intervention Programs is looking for Ramonans to be trained to help fellow citizens who are in distress as a result of a traumatic event. Training begins in September.
