Adorn Boutique Gets Mobbed

Don't worry, the Ramona clothing store was hit with buyers and lots of cash!

Here in Ramona, businesses can struggle for buyers from down the hill, and even sometimes locally. But one local business got mobbed Tuesday and despite how it sounds, it helped boost business and morale!

A group known as the Ramona Cash Mob has been formed to help bring some exposure to our great local businesses. According to their Facebook page, the group of residents "get together as a group and go to a business and buy something. It doesn't need to be a lot, it's the power of the group."

The cash mob surprises the local businesses and this week, they hit Adorn Boutique, located at 865 Main Street.

Ramonan Regina Flores blogged about the experience, saying she's driven past the boutique many times, but this was her first trip inside.

"I picked up cute jewelry, scull belt and an adorable shirt. The boutique has really cute clothes, hats, belts, jewelry and more," Flores blogged.

The boutique posted a picture on Instagram of the empty hangers leftover from the mob, writing "Adorn was hit by the Ramona Cash Mob! Such a fun day...can't stop smiling. Thank you, everyone!"
