Camp Pendleton Live Artillery Training May Be Heard by Ramonans

Training will take place beginning Monday from 6 a.m. to midnight through Friday June 28.

If you hear any mysterious booms next week, it's probably coming from Camp Pendleton.

Marines at Camp Pendleton will conduct live-fire artillery training next week and noise from the exercises may be heard up to 50 miles away, base officials announced Friday.

Live-fire artillery training is scheduled from 6 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, according to Camp Pendleton's public affairs office.
