County Auction Returns to Ramona Saturday
Hundreds of vehicles will be available for preview Thursday and Friday at the Rodeo Grounds.

Buses, ambulances, backhoes, mail delivery vans, cars and trucks will go up for bid Saturday at the San Diego County Public Auction at the Rodeo Grounds in Ramona.
The auction of unwanted government property draws crowds from all over the United States, and often Canada and Mexico. It's usually held every six months at the grounds.
Auction items can be previewed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

Smaller items include microwaves, fans and printers.
Registration and viewing will begin at 8 a.m. and the auction will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday. People can bid in person or online. Items must be paid for by 2 p.m. Monday and picked up by 4 p.m. Tuesday.

TNT Auction, a Salt Lake City company, will manage the event. The company has been doing it for about four years.
The Rodeo Grounds are at 421 Aqua Lane, Ramona.
