With recent mandatory water use restrictions put in place and 58.41 percent of the state experiencing the highest level of drought intensity in years, San Diegans are looking for ways to conserve and monitor water use.

To help locals gauge their water use habits and get educated on efficient ways to conserve, AT&T’s San Diego team has put together a list of water-saving apps to share with the community. Locals can easily track water use, monitor lawn care efforts, pledge to conserve water and learn a few fun facts along the way with the top five apps below:

With California’s current level of drought, San Diegans need to be exceptionally cautious about their personal water use habits. Downloading the Water Use Calculator, created by the National Ground Water Association, will help detect if users are doing a good job or a poor one when it comes to conserving and not wasting water.
