Motorcycle Fatality Causes SR 78 Closure Sunday
This is the second motorcycle fatality on the highway in less than two weeks.

A motorcyclist died Sunday after he crashed into the side of a mountain then careened across state Route 78 before going off the highway.
It happened at 3:40 p.m. in the 18000 block of San Pasqual Road, San Diego Police office Dino Delimitros said.
"A 60-year-old man on a motorcycle lost control, hit the side of a mountain and bounced off of it, then went across lanes of traffic ending up on the other side of the road in a field of cactus," Delimitrol said. "He died on the scene."
