Ramona Home Sales Down 48% From October, $400,000 Median Sales Price

There were 25 homes sold in Ramona in November, down 48 percent compared to October sales, according to a Willis Allen Real Estate video report. 

Here's the May breakdown for Ramona:

• 146 active listings, down 8 percent compared to last year, up 1 percent from October
• $435,000 median listing price, and $400,000 median sales price
• average 33 days on the market
• 25 units sold, compared to 48 in October
