Ramona's Quail Run Apartments Sell for $14.9M in Cash

Quail Run Apartments complex that sits at 411 14th St., has been sold for $14.9 million, cash, the San Diego Daily Transcript reported this week.

The 138-unit complex was purchased by Conrad Prebys, trustee of the Conrad Prebys Trust, according to the publication.

411 Qual Run Partners L.P. sold the 1985-constructed apartment complex in mid-December, the Daily Transcript said. The complex sits on a 4.79-acre parcel.
