White-Breasted Nuthatch: Photo Of The Day

RAMONA, CA — Patch reader Catherine Werth captured this photo of a white-breasted nuthatch in Ramona.

"The wee bird is seen scurrying amongst the branches of trees," Werth said. "Little acrobats, I often see them hanging upside down from branches and suet feeders."
