Lilia Montiel wanted to help school children who were without beds and were sleeping on the floor. The daughter of Westwood residents Andrea and Miguel Montiel, founded ZZZs 4 Kidz, and fundraising site gofundme.com/zzzs4kidz. Lilia has so far raised $2000+ of her $4000 goal. Jerome’s Furniture has agreed to donate eight mattresses and frames. In addition. She is working with Swift Kick Martial Arts to organize a fundraiser for her charity ZZZs 4 Kidz. Lilia's long-term goal is to provide bedding to 1,000 children.
