Cooler Weather, Showers on Tap This Week

The National Weather Service says there's a chance of rain later in the week.

The first full week of March will bring a mixture of clouds and sunshine through Thursday, when a cold storm from the northwest may arrive with showers, the National Weather Service predicts.

Sunday night: Patchy fog after 10pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 51. Southwest wind around 5 mph.

Monday: Patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 64. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon.

Monday night: Patchy fog after 10pm. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 46. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Tuesday: Patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 65. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Tuesday night: Increasing clouds, with a low around 50. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 59.

Wednesday night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45.

Thursday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 57.
