Phyllis Timm Johnson Dies at 81

Phyllis Timm Johnson died Sept. 4, according to a U-T San Diego obituary.

She was 81.

She was born in Wisconsin and moved to Rancho Bernardo with her husband in 1972. She was active in the community and worked at Allstate, according to the newspaper.
