Rancho Bernardo Community Council Presents Two Online Forums

1) Proposition 15 forum will take place Tuesday, September 22, 6:30 PM. Mr. Jordan Marks, opposing it, speaking on behalf of the San Diego County Assessor Office and Roberto Rodriquez will be speaking in favor on behalf of the California Teachers Association.
