RB NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH invites all to attend its Quarterly Block Captain meeting on Emergency Preparedness on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Seven Oaks Community Center, 16789 Bernardo Oaks Drive, San Diego. The group’s motto is “Neighbors Helping Neighbors.”

Guests will be instructed on how to be ready for any type of emergency.
