SAN DIEGO, CA -- A two-car crash blocked Interstate 15 on Monday. The incident was reported at 12:44 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 near Rancho Bernardo, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP incident log said the crash blocked the first lane with traffic backed up to Camino del Norte.
An ambulance was called to the scene.
