Winners of the 8th Annual Chalk-It-Up Contest

The Rancho Bernardo Community Council’s 8th annual Chalk It Up! Sidewalk chalk art event on May 5th was a huge success with 134 artists. Participants ranged in age from 2 years old to 91 years old.
