Age Well Senior Services Holding Food Donation Drive In RSM
On Sunday, donate your non-expired canned goods and non-perishables to the Pavilions in Rancho Santa Margarita.
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA —Age Well Senior Services is asking for you to clear your cupboards this weekend.
The organization is collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items for the senior pantry. All items must be un-expired, they say.
"The nonprofits Meals on Wheels Orange County and Age Well Senior Services provide fresh, restaurant-quality meals at an affordable price delivered safely to the doors of participating seniors," a spokesperson wrote on Patch. At times, special notes and gifts are included with the meals.

Hunger and food insecurity are increasing dramatically across America. Patch has teamed with Feeding America to get more food on the tables of our neighbors in an ongoing, sustained effort. This story, running nationally across our network of Patches, provides information on how you can help.

Patch has partnered with Feeding America to help raise awareness on behalf of the millions of Americans facing hunger. Feeding America, which supports 200 food banks across the country, estimates that in 2021, about 42 million Americans may not have enough nutritious food to eat due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. This is a Patch social good project; Feeding America receives 100 percent of donations. Find out how you can donate in your community or find a food pantry near you.
