RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA —Celebrate Taco Tuesdays with a fresh twist at The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The eatery at 31431 Santa Margarita Parkway, on Tuesdays, offers such $9 Tiki cocktails as the "Return of the Grog," a concoction which features white rum, Jamaican black rum, Demerara 151 rum, pimento dram, grapefruit cordial, honey, grapefruit and lime.
As for the tacos, enjoy $3 "street" versions that change up on the weekly menu and are offered from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays.
