The City of Rancho Santa Margarita’s Information Technology Department and Cox Communications will be performing phone maintenance on Thursday, March 11, 2021, from 12 noon to approximately 2:00 p.m. The phone system will not be available for incoming or outgoing calls. 

Callers to the city will be unable to leave voice mail messages during this brief period, estimated to be approximately 2 hours. Requests for assistance can be made through our Citizen Request Tracker or City email.

911 and OCSD's non-emergency line -  (949) 770-6011 - will not be affected.

The City regrets any inconvenience the unavailability of the phone system may cause. City Hall will be open for business during this time.
