Cultivation Kitchen, Shovel To Fork, Purposefully Picked Food

ANAHEIM, CA —This is the fresh, fast-casual dining experience you've been looking for. The restaurant, Cultivation Kitchen, is housed inside a greenhouse. Think "Shovel to Fork" eatery, they say.

"The restaurant is built on the importance of mindful eating by offering dishes only made with picked-with-a-purpose ingredients," a restaurant spokesperson told Patch.

The restaurant has carefully sourced local and organic as much as possible.

"We serve creative, delicious and healthy meals, thus our meats are 100% natural without steroids, hormones nor antibiotics. Simply put, we serve awesome food that you can feel great about," Founder Dale LeFlam and Executive Chef Joshua Korn wrote on their website.

Cultivation Kitchen has opened its doors at Farmer's Park, 350 S. Anaheim Blvd.

The restaurant sits in this two-acre park and a vibrant community gathering place, adjacent to the Anaheim Packing District, they said.

On Friday, May 17 from 4 - 6 p.m., the restaurant will celebrate its Grand Opening by hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce and social hour with its California-based partners and farmers.
