GOP Central Committee Activist Details Abuses By The Bealls
In an explosive email to the Republican Central Committee, Art Sanchez details a long history of issues with RSM councilman Tony Beall.
What follows is a copy of the unedited email from Delegate Art Sanchez detailing a sordid history by long time RSM city councilman Tony Beall and his wife Jennifer in Orange County politics.

I have been a South Orange County Republican activist for over 20-years. We are proud of the Republican leaders we have sent to Sacramento and Washington including; Senator Patricia Bates, former Congresswoman Mimi Walters, former Board of Equalization member Diane Harkey, numerous city council members, and board of education trustees.
I am writing to alert you to a cancer growing in South Orange County Republican politics. Central Committee Members Jennifer & Tony Beall.
Consider this:
2009 – Bealls organize recall of Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) trustees and successfully oust seven trustees. Beall recruits good Republicans like long-time GOP activist Anna Bryson who wins a seat. Beall, a lawyer, also files a lawsuit against CUSD on behalf of seven families. CUSD settles the lawsuit for $653,000. 2010 – Bealls recruit CRP Board Member & Founder of the California Republican Lawyers Association Steve Baric to serve on the Rancho Santa Margarita planning commission. Baric was subsequently elected to the Rancho city council with Beall’s help. In 2011 fellow councilmember and U.S. Army officer Jess Petrilla is called to active duty in Afghanistan causing a four- month absence on the Rancho city council. Bealls demand Petrilla resign allowing them to appoint a replacement. Councilman Steve Baric resists in support of retaining Petrilla while he serves in Afghanistan. 2010 – Former CRP Chairman Mike Schroeder was whipping votes for Steve Poizner at the CRA convention leading up to the 2010 gubernatorial election. Beall pledges to Schroeder her vote for Poizner and votes for Meg Whitman. Beall turns on Schroeder. Nancy Reagan was right.
2014 – Beall feeds false- information to blogger Aaron Park to destroy the Assembly candidacy of Anna Bryson. Always the useful idiot Park publishes without fact-checking. http://ocpoliticsblog.com/2014/08/30/they-were-wrong-about-anna-bryson-and-the-florida-yacht-club/ Beall takes a high-paying staff job with Bill Brough. Beall turns on Bryson – again. Nancy Reagan was right.
2016 – Now a legislative staffer for Assemblyman Bill Brough, Beall kills post from blogger Aaron Park alleging her boss, Bill Brough, had a #MeToo complaint against him filed by then-Dana Point city councilwoman Lisa Bartlett. Bartlett’s 2011 allegation was investigated and rejected by Dana Point city attorney. Always the useful idiot Park kills the blog post. Beall supports Brough until she doesn’t. Nancy Reagan was right.
2019 – After the media exposes rampant overspending on public relations contracts at the Toll Road Authority, Assemblyman Bill Brough (Beall’s boss) introduces AB 1273 to curtail the TCA’s planning authority and audit their books. Tony Beall sits on the Toll Road authority and receives a juicy monthly stipend. Jennifer Beall threatens her boss saying “I am going to destroy you for introducing the Toll Road legislation” and quits to implement her threat. Beall proceeds to gin up useful idiot blogger Aaron Park to rehash the same old 2011 Bartlett rejected #MeToo story she spiked two years earlier. Beall spends her days working against her old boss making wild and unsubstantiated claims to anyone that will listen. Beall turns on Brough. Nancy Reagan was right.
2019 San Clemente City Council – City council candidate Gene James was the 2018 endorsed GOP candidate for city council. Beall worked to help him secure the endorsement. A 20-year U.S. Army veteran and national USO board member, James was the only GOP candidate running in the November 2019 special election to replace deceased Mayor Steve Swartz. James is endorsed by Sen. Bates, Assm. Brough, Mimi Walters, Scott Baugh, and Diane Harkey to name a few. On the last day to file for the November special election, August 9, Beall recruits GOP spoiler candidate Christina Selter to split the special election Republican vote because James has concerns about the Toll Road Agency. James receives GOP endorsement committee’s endorsement despite Beall’s shill candidate. Beall turns on Gene James. Nancy Reagan was right.
