Help Stop The Rezone Of Dove Canyon Plaza
Raintree Investment Corporation and William Lyons homes are trying to destroy business for high-density housing. Come help stop it.
William Lyons homes is trying to get a rezone of the Dove Canyon Plaza from commercial to residential. The previously stated plans were 150 three-story units in the space. This needs to be stopped before it can happen. The new proposed name is "Paloma Square" and there is an open house on Saturday, February 2nd that you should come to and voice your concerns, sign up at https://palomasquare.info/sign-up/ - this is incredibly important, there are already over 2,000 signatures to stop it and a current poll of over 500 respondents on Facebook is 90% against the rezone. There are huge fire safety, water consumption, traffic and parking issues outside the destruction of business and loss of jobs.
